Leadership
Ed Winquest, CEO
Ed grew up in Omaha in a house full of music; his mom promoted bands across the Midwest. At 19 he was touring Canada and the upper Midwest on keyboards, then studied music composition and spent two years with the USO in Europe.
In 1985 he moved to Los Angeles and cofounded Synthesizer Systems Technologies. Over 25 years in that rental business he worked with top studios, engineers, producers and artists from around the world.
He then spent eight years learning LED, live video production and event rental operations inside out before launching Boom Video LED. The promise hasn't changed: clients first, and every event a success.
